Cameron Awkward-Rich, Jennifer Espinoza, Chet’la Sebree, and Annie Wenstrup’s newest collections explores rifts between personal and collective memory, penning moving poems on history and survival. Upon finding themselves in contended spaces—the museum, the archive, the dictionary, and the airport—these poets radically attend to the world around them through some of the most elegant, ontological verse in recent years.

Cameron Awkward-Rich read from An Optimism (Persea Books, 2025), J. Jennifer Espinoza read from I Dont Want to Be Understood (Alice James, 2025), Chet’la Sebree read from Blue Opening (Tin House, 2025), and Annie Wenstrup read from The Museum of Unnatural Histories (Wesleyan Poetry Series, 2025).
