Try this 30-minute workout led by "Dancing With the Stars" alum Lindsay Arnold, founder of The Movement Club. Follow along with Arnold as she guides you through a full-body circuit, broken up into repeating groups of three moves. That means you have plenty of chances to get them right, push yourself to perfect your form, and up the intensity. This one may seem simple, but it goes hard with no breaks between exercises! With moves like squat jacks, alternating side lunges, and standing crunches, you're really gonna feel this one in your legs and booty. If it ever gets to be too much, we've got you covered with low-impact modifications throughout the whole workout.

And of course Arnold can't resist adding a fun dance cardio finisher as a treat for making it to the end of the class!
