Hi!
In today's video I'm building a family apartment for a family of 7 -- a father, 3 teen boys, 2 twin girls, and a toddler -- as requested by Katana Elsword. The father used to be a businessman but he lost his job when he found out that his wife was having an affair with his boss and she decided to divorce him and left him with their kids. She also took all the money and now he has to sell the house to be able to rent an apartment and to provide for his 6 kids.

I only used §30k but once it's uploaded it became around §34k because of the exterior apartment walls. But once it's placed it will only cost you around §29k
