Sims 4 House Building of a $300,000 Luxury Modern Mansion. "Tropical Escape" is the name and does justice in its build, boasting a resort style home on the large 50x50 plot. The Main house is built for the owner; beautiful Master bedroom/bathroom complemented by pristine Living, Kitchen and Dining rooms. The second building is all fun, housing the KyleKraft studios on the main floor as well as a Bar/party hall above it. Guests bedrooms line the far side of the second floor and patios throughout provide excellent places to hang out, rage or lavish in your luxury home.

This video is designed in a new KyleKraft style. It opens with a fast-pace showcase then enters the Exterior "Speed-Build" section with a fresh "Podcast style" commentary about the design, inspiration and how it was built. The Interior is shown in the "Build-Back" style, again fast-pace detailing out the Mansion in quick fashion.
