Hey guys! I'm Alexandra Gater and I show you how to do rental-friendly upgrades and DIY projects on a budget. New videos every Saturday! Today I’m back with another studio apartment makeover! It’s a super tiny bachelor pad cramped with furniture, even though the tenant wants space for a Queen-sized bed, a sofa and room to workout and entertain. The one item that will solve this all? A Murphy bed that doubles as a sofa! Plus a coffee table that folds down and can be easily stored away, and other dual-purpose furniture pieces.
