Basically, that tiny gap between the door and the wall is an easy bypass to get behind the 30 shine door. Enjoy! :P

This is a compilation of softlocks Ive discovered in the Super Mario 64 rom hack Star Road.
I was going to post an explination of what a softlock is compared to a hardlock or a crash, but I unfortunately forgot so my apologies.
I also made a mistake in the video stating that the 6th softlock despawns Mario. Huge thanks to Blooperio for the explanation in the comments; as it turns out, Mario does not despawn when the Chuckya does as despawning Mario would result in a game crash. Instead what happens is the Chuckya despawns, but Mario is still in his held position. Since the Chuckya has been despawned, Mario can never get out of this state and is thus softlocks the game. The camera continues to move towards the sky due to Mario never getting released from the Chuckyas grasp. When Mario is held by a Chuckya, the camera pans towards Mario and the Chuckya in order to center them in the view, but since the Chuckya unexpectingly despawned from falling too far away from the camera, the camera never gets told to stop trying to center Mario or the Chuckya in view. This leads the camera to continue to move in the direction is was moving before the Chuckya despawned.
