The jewel next to heartseeker is used for Inspired Learning. If you don't want to use that jewel, don't spec into Frenzy Charge or Acuity. Between Acuity, Claws of Pride, and Claws of the Falcon, you might not need Lycosidae--replace it with a high life shield with some res's if that's the case.
This build also works well as a raider--I wanted to play Pathfinder because I hadn't really played one prior to this character.
