1️⃣ 30* DB Bench:[6x8-10]
⭐️ Bring more volume by performing a DROP SET on every set where you cut the weight in half and immediately complete another 8-10 reps.

2️⃣ Weighted Dips:[5x6-8]
⭐️ Drop to bodyweight and rep out to failure
🔥 If you have a heard time with dips, use bands for assistance to help build your strength!
