In 2006 in Ohio, Marcus Fiesel entered the Ohio Child Protective Services. However, not even a year later, he would be reported missing after his foster mother Liz Carroll passed out at the local park. Liz Carroll and her husband David Carroll were foster parents as well as daycare providers. After not being able to find Marcus, his foster parents as well as a woman living with them named Amy Baker, would be placed in front of a grand jury. They then confessed that 3 year old foster child Marcus Fiesel had died after they locked him in a closet for 2 days and went on vacation.
