Air fried, steamed, or roasted, broccoli is delicious and is a powerhouse of nutrients. Studies show it can positively impact heart hearth and help prevent heart disease. Serve it as a side or incorporate in your favorite dishes. Try these ideas:
Air fry
Coat with a small amount of oil and cook on high for 5-7 minutes.
Steam
Add chopped garlic and steam over boiling water for 5-6 minutes until tender and brilliant green.
Roast
Slice broccoli and coat with a small amount of oil. Generously season the broccoli with a spice blend. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
