Today I’ll show you how Your hands may NOT be the biggest culprit holding you back from faster, smoother fills. Instead, the answer is up here [tapping head]. But don’t worry, because I’ll give you two really fun exercises to help you solve this: “The Timeline Exercise,” and “The Fast Fills Exercise.”
You’ll be playing faster fills, you’ll be thinking more clearly while playing, and you’ll even be having more fun on the drums when we’re done. YOU CAN DO THIS.
