In this video I’m showing 3 simple but super useful upgrades for classic F-style woodworking clamps that will completely change how you use them in your workshop.
F clamps are affordable, versatile, and extremely popular with DIYers and woodworkers — but they also come with limitations. So I decided to make a few simple workshop projects that improve their usability, increase clamping efficiency, and help tackle jobs standard F clamps struggle with.

Perfect for clamping areas standard F clamps simply can’t reach.
🔹 Wide & Tall Jaw Upgrade
Improves clamping pressure distribution, gives better support during glue-ups, and even allows the clamps to stand upright for easier setups.
🔹 Extra Wide Clamp Jaw Design
Designed specifically for panel glue-ups and wider boards. This upgrade spreads pressure across a much larger surface, meaning you can often use fewer clamps while still getting excellent results.
