There has been 3 people that have lost their lives while in the custody of Campbell County Tennessee Jail. I feel their families deserve answers! Sherriff Wayne Barton needs to be fired along with a huge majority of his staff. This thumbnail is 26-year-old Faith Evans and her son. She was the 2nd one in ten days to pass in that jail. TBI is investigating but the final decision as to what happens is up to our corrupt DA Jared Effler. Here is the Sherriff's dept number 423-562-7446 these people need to stop passing away in their care and custody.
