1 cup smooth almond butter
1 tablespoon Stevia
1 large egg

Mint Chocolate Cookies: makes 40
20 Oreo
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
225g/8oz chocolate chips

Pinwheels: makes 10-15
1 sheet short crust pastry
3 tablespoons superfine/caster sugar
3 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Banana Cookies: makes 5
1 banana
3/4 cup shredded coconut
