About the project/game:
This was for a small miniature game that I did the music for with a small team. We did a challenge where we would make a small, fully functioning game withing 24 hours. For the most part it all turned out nicely but the programmers were not committed enough to finishing it.
The game was basically a redone version of Asteroids, the classic arcade game, except they wanted it to be a viking, almost steam punk, version.
About the song:
Not much to say about this. I wanted to make a game over jingle and as you can hear it plays the motif from the main theme. I thought having a cello would make it sound very cool, and the piano makes it feel like a whole "Continue...?" type deal, urging you to play again.
Remember that all four of these songs were done within 24 hours, so keep that in mind.

This is the Ganon elemental blight theme from Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I purposefully slowed it down because the original was so fast that some really beautiful spots were too fast.

I thought Id give you guys one of the concepts for the boss theme I had. I was enjoying it but no matter what I did it just didnt sound good enough. There was no main instrument that sounded good that stuck out well enough in the mix. I ended up using the other version because sometimes less is more. The simplicity of the other version made it sound better.")
