I used the same recipe to create 3 different Desserts/Treats! Hope you enjoy!!!
Recipe:
~Pumpkin Bread~
Pre-Heat Oven to 350

2/3 c. Shortening
2 2/3 c. Sugar
-Cream Together….
4 Eggs
1 lb Pumpkin Purée
2/3 c. Water
-Add and Blend to above.
-In Separate Bowl Sift Together
3 1/3 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves (or Nutmeg)
2/3 c. Course Chopped Nuts (optional).

Blend All contents together well.
Grease 2 loaf pans (9x5x3).
Bake 60-75 minutes. *use toothpick to check if done. Test thickest area. If the tooth pick is clean when you check it’s done!
