Caramelized Onions and a Three Cheese Blend!

1 box of Cavatappi instead of traditional Macaroni
1 block of extra sharp cheddar
1 block of cheddar
1/2 block of Colby Jack
2 whole onions caramelized and 5 garlic cloves minced
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Red Pepper Flakes and Cajun seasoning

1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour

I then use milk, half and half, evaporated milk, and sour cream then I add all the cheese! I bake at 350 for 30 mins, then bring it up to 400 until the top is crispy and delicious!
