These are very popular pvp builds on PC right now, using Surgical Strikes for maximum spike damage, while universal consoles like DPRM or abilities like Evade Target Lock are used for survivability. It's a ton of fun to fight like this and it is great practice for focusing targets as a team in a kind of rock-paper-scissors game.
