VR 360 TRON Lightcycle Run during Hurricane Helene POV with Queue Walt Disney World 2024 09 26 @johnychen

JohnYChen Tron Lightcycle Power Run (Chinese: 创极速光轮) and Tron Lightcycle / Run are semi-enclosed, launched roller coasters located at two Walt Disney theme parks. The first, Tron Lightcycle Power Run, opened at Shanghai Disneyland on June 16, 2016. A nearly-identical installation, Tron Lightcycle / Run, is scheduled to open at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World on April 4, 2023. Both are situated within the Tomorrowland themed areas at each park.

Based on the Tron film franchise, the attraction features a motorbike seat design, which are themed as lightcycles from the films. Each coaster reaches a maximum speed of nearly 60 mph (97 km/h), taking riders on a series of twists and turns through a layout that resembles the video-game grid depicted in the film series.

JohnYChen 2024-10-12 | Found some old unpublished footage of the old Main Street Trolley Show at the Magic Kingdom. Hope they bring these live performances someday. It was what set Disney Parks apart from the others.

The Main Street Trolley Show is a street show on Main Street, U.S.A. at the Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World resort. The show takes place daily at 9:15am, 10:10am, and Noon (occasionally at 8:20am if the park opens at 8am or earlier) and is performed by the ensemble of the Citizens of Main Street. The show is a swing of the 20th century's dancing, singing, and culture.

The show was first introduced on December Day of 2004, alongside the Citizens of Main Street and the Main Street Philharmonic (replacing the Magic Kingdom Band), as well as the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show, which takes place daily before park opening.

JohnYChen 2024-10-05 | Tron Lightcycle Power Run (Chinese: 创极速光轮) and Tron Lightcycle / Run are semi-enclosed, launched roller coasters located at two Walt Disney theme parks. The first, Tron Lightcycle Power Run, opened at Shanghai Disneyland on June 16, 2016. A nearly-identical installation, Tron Lightcycle / Run, is scheduled to open at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World on April 4, 2023. Both are situated within the Tomorrowland themed areas at each park.

Based on the Tron film franchise, the attraction features a motorbike seat design, which are themed as lightcycles from the films. Each coaster reaches a maximum speed of nearly 60 mph (97 km/h), taking riders on a series of twists and turns through a layout that resembles the video-game grid depicted in the film series.
