Auditography And so the curtains fall. This one is very special and a huge thanks must go to the people at Audi that still have the passion for proper cars that make you smile from ear to ear. This is the limited edition (660 cars) 2024 Audi RS6 Avant GT. I had the privilege to be one of a few chosen a few months ago to go to Spain and shoot this beauty. The RS6 GTO concept that I shot two years ago, was such a success, that Audi started to consider production of it. And yes, I was extremely disappointed that they didn’t even give it 1 horsepower more, cause the car deserves at least 700-800hp. But after spending a whole day with the people behind this whole project, that pushed it through to even be possible, I’m thankful that they did. Cause otherwise would get another e-tron SUV. This TT-RS pumps out 1265hp, which is 1100 whp. The acceleration in this thing is beyond normal. How about you let this sink in for a second: 100-200 kmh (62-124mph) in 2.7 seconds! FIRST DRIVE! 2025 AUDI Q7 55TFSI QUATTRO FACELIFT - 2ND MAJOR FACELIFT OF THE SAME CAR - Enough?

Auditography 2024-04-19 | Finally. We are jumping into the brand new facelifted Q7. Here dressed in Glacier white and black optics, with the petrol 55 TFSI (3.0 TFSI Turbo) with 340 horses. Are you a fan of this facelift? This was actually the 2nd major facelift of the same car, which is three different versions of the same car, which is very unusual at Audi.

Two things I want to address.
1. The SQ7 will look EXACTLY the same as this from the front. There is no way you can tell it’s a Q7 S-line or an SQ7. Just impossible. Now that’s just wrong. Those two differ quite a lot in performance and price.2. When I was shooting the car from the back, I kept on saying to myself ”What on earth is the Audi Sport rhombus doing at the back of a normal V6 Q7???”.

If you still dreamt of a B5 RS4, you did what the person that built this car did. He took an S4 Avant, and used the OEM widebody from the RS4, and also tuned the engine to over 500 horses to match the RS4. And here we are. This Ultraviolet beauty from my friend @pacificgerman is the new star in the upcoming Auditography YouTube video that goes up later today. The way this car looks, the way this car feels, can only be explained by one word: ICON.

So, the curtains fall. Here is the brand new 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron. A car that Audi themselves are extremely hyped about. There are lots of things to cover so lets go!

Yes, we all know that the Q6 has been delayed for almost 2 years, cause of different reasons, but now it’s finally here. Audi CEO says it’s the ”next technological leap in premium electric mobility”. The first car to have the brand new Audi interior, first to feature the new lighting technology, first to have the control arms positioned in front of the suspension arms, and much more things that we haven’t seen before.

So, the design language may look quite similar to the other Audi SUV, but the car really is stepping into new territory for Audi. First car of the PPE platform, that is developed together by Audi and Porsche.

The first two versions available are the 2024 Q6 e-tron with 387hp (285kW), 0-100 kmh time of 5.9 seconds, range of 625km (388 miles), and a top speed limited to 210 kmh. Then there is the SQ6 e-tron quattro that has a total output of 516hp (380kW), range 500km ( miles), 4.3 seconds times and top speed of 230kmh. Both cars use a 100 kwh gross new lithium-ion battery, which can charge to 255kmh in 10 minutes, and 80% in 21 minutes. The charging is 270kW as standard, with the 800volt technology. These two models are with quattro, but two later models will come with rear wheel drive, depending on the market. Around 95% of the everyday braking process is recuperated at up to 220kW.

The Q6 has a wheel size of 2899mm (9.5ft), and it allows plenty of legroom. The car is 4771mm (15.6 ft) long, 1993mm (6.5ft) wide and 1648mm (5.4 ft) tall. The trunk is 526l (18.5cuft) and frunk is 64l (2.2cuft).

There is a lot to cover on the interior but the most important things is the new curved panoramic MMI screen with OLED tech that has a 11.9” Audi virtual cockpit and 14.5” MMI touch display. Additionally there is a 10.9” passenger screen. I think I covered the most important info.

And so the curtains fall. Here is the new facelifted 2024 Audi A3 Sportback (8Y). The changes are not that crazy, and very subtle. Updated head and taillights, with the headlights having 4 different DRL signatures. Redesigned front bumper and rear diffuser. New wider front grille now without any frame. New Audi logos front and back. And yeah, the confusing theme of putting the Audi Sport logo next to ordinary A-models continues here on this new A3. There are small changes in the interior, as the gearshift knob from the E-Tron models making its way here. Also, the air vents have slightly different design, and there are new materials that are fully recyclable, used in the interior. First two engines out is one petrol and diesel engine with automatic transmissions. One interesting thing is that a manual 6-speed version is coming soon for the TFSI. Mostly, you’re right, but not here. What the owner has done with this car, is absolutely awesome. Trust me, it’s VERY hard to impress me, who has been shooting and driving pretty much every Audi for the past decade. But here, I was smiling from ear to ear. This is, to me, perfection. A CINEMATIC GOODBYE TO AN ICON - 2024 AUDI R8 V10 PERFORMANCE - Why did Audi end their halo car?

Auditography 2024-03-04 | So I find myself in Tatra Mountains, which is a place I have visited so many times in the last 15 years, and somehow this one is one of the more emotional shoots. I thought I’d write a little longer caption and share my thoughtgs with you all, although the IG character limit is way to short.
You see, with me was this lovely Florett silver 2024 Audi R8 V10 Performance quattro. The R8 in general is a car that has been so important for Audi in the past 20 years since the Le Mans concept in 2003. This design right here may be 9 years old by now, but still everybody are looking. Everybody. Small kids are pulling their parents hands, when the first HEAR the R8 approach from far, and then they see it. I’ve spent two days with this car now and I almost forgot what a cult car this is. For example I drove passed a school as I finished my sunrise shoot, and probably over 100 teens took our their phones to snap a photo, like they saw an UFO.
And when I see all this, I get so emotional and sad. Because this is what a proper car is. This right here. The sound, the looks, the quality, and the Audi rings in the front. This car put Audi on the map for real. And it should never ever be discontinued. The people that care about this car at Audi, should have done everything in their power to keep this model running. Make a 3rd generation, put a hybrid in it, or do whatever you can to at least keep it in production a few years more. But for God sake, dont discountinue it! It’s just wrong.
How much this car means to so many people, it should be kept alive. And this is coming from a person whos been in the game for soon two decades. That’s just my two cents. Thank you

The mos known are the B5 and the B7, while the latest B9 and B9.5 also are quite popular due to their high tuning capabilities. But there is one more generation that is not as popular, but will probably be in the future. The B8.5, produced in 2012-15, has a lovely 4.2 litre naturally aspirated engine that sings at 8250 rpm. It really made me smile when I entered this so mint D4.5 Audi A8L with that monstrous W12 6.3L engine. I felt so at home here because it comes from an era when I was starting up Auditography and was shooting the D4/D4.5 a lot. Never have I had the W12 though. Until now. I still prefer the D4 all day every day over the D5. The quality of the interior is just so pure, and the car has that elegant vibe about it. Hope you will enjoy this timeless peace of machinery. Auditography 2024-01-06 | So this morning, this happened. I will keep the caption little longer, as I just think it’s one of those times. You see, it’s not often when you drive cars of today, that words ”Soul” and ”Emotions” is what hits you. New cars are less and less involving, and to be frank, very boring very often. So when I got into this 2019 Audi R8 V10 Plus this morning, I simply forgot how awesome it is. The 2nd gen R8 is a car I know well, since I think between years 2015-23 I pretty much shot almost 50 of them. It’s been a while since I drove a V10 Plus, and my oh my what a car it is. I remember very well when it was presented in February 2015, cause I was going through something unpleasant in my life at that time, and when the car was revealed, I truly hated the looks. Mostly cause I loved the 1st gen so much. Now, 10 years later, I freaking love it. Especially with this spec, bodykit and wheels right here. The car has SO much soul! No softlimiters or filters, no 15 touch screens inside, good quality materials, and proper orchestral sound. The car was made by people with passion for driving. At the same time as I loved it so much, I got very sad cause I realised we won’t get cars like this anymore. So whoever gets a chance to buy an R8 like this, DO IT, and you will never regret it. It will make you smile from ear to ear, be your best daily supercar in the world, and when you will want, it will turn into a monster. Enjoy the video!

A month ago we went to the Salalah desert in Oman, to test drive the new 2024 Audi Q8 E-tron ”Edition Dakar”. It’s a way for Audi to celebrate the upcoming Dakar rally where they will participate with their EV. This Q8 E-Tron is on a raised suspension which is 65mm higher than the normal Q8 E-Tron, big off-road wheels, a nice Audi roof-rack and some cool off-road livery. Are you a fan of this?
