So this year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Pokémon series, and Nintendo are going all out with the celebrations by releasing special 2DS consoles, VC releases, mythical Pokémon downloads, and a whole bunch of other exciting things.

Pokémon Blue was a huge part of my growing up, and its music has played a very important role in my own involvement with music making. I decided to pick up the special anniversary 2DS as a little treat for myself, my own way of celebrating this glorious series of games.

As you can see from the video, I do not do unboxing videos, so please excuse the shoddy execution! I just wanted to share this moment with you. Lots of people come over to my channel to hear my Pokémon music remixes, and I thought you'd like to see this too.
