Holmarc’s HO-2DTS-TM-01 model is a manual 2D transfer system used to fabricate high quality 2D heterostructures and twisted layers. The system consists of a manual-focusing Trinocular microscope with long working distance objectives, an XYZ-θ substrate stage, and an XYZ stamping stage with tilting platform. During transfer processes, the substrate will be fixed on a vacuum-thermal chuck and the XYZ stamping stage will be used to precisely place the stamp on the substrate. The temperature of the substrate can be adjusted from RT to 200ºC. The high precise multi-axes stages provide the highest degree of freedom in alignment during the transfer processes. An image grabbing software with live measurement features will be provided with the system for monitoring the transfer processes.
