L le reconnaissance missions like the ones the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) conducts on other planets.
They explained that extraterrestrials may be exploring our solar system using what they call "dandelion seeds" (i.e. very small spacecraft that can collect and transmit information, similar to NASA's probes).
The report, authored by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, the director of the US Department of Defense's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and Avi Loeb, former chair of Harvard University's Department of Astronomy, was published on March 7 2023 and focused on the physical constraints of unidentified aerial phenomena.
These probes are otherwise called “Dragons” (i.e. dragon flies) by the UAP-UFO Disclosure Community which is a term coined by Dr. Robert Shiepe of Custodian File.
