Kota Mid Day Meal: At least 27 students at a government school in Rajasthan’s Kota fell ill after consuming the mid-day meal, with several reporting nausea, vomiting, dizziness and stomach pain. Students said they developed symptoms soon after eating pumpkin curry. Authorities rushed affected children to hospitals, where they were reported stable. Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar visited the hospital and ordered an inquiry. Officials said samples of water, food and other provisions will be examined to determine the exact cause.
