Master improvising over the 2-5-1 (II-V-I) chord progression, the most common in jazz, by jamming along to this gypsy jazz style backing track. Once you are comfortable with improvising over this 2-5-1 sequence you are well on your way to being confident playing along to loads of your standard jazz favourites.
The chords in this 2-5-1 are Ebm7 - Ab7 - DbMaj7.
These "trickier" keys for violin are included for completeness (and for other instruments) but it's worth having a crack at these on the fiddle to test your intonation and fingering. Have a go!
