The 24th Annual Evening of Aloha Gala, held on September 27, 2025, celebrated the remarkable legacy of the Japanese American WWII soldiers. With over 500 supporters in attendance, the hallmark event featured treasured traditions including the Nisei Veteran Roll Call, In Memoriam, Soldier's Table, posting of the colors by the 100th Battalion/442nd Infantry Regiment Honor Guard from Hawaiʻi, and the 6th Annual Living Nisei WWII Veteran Photo Tribute. The featured presentation, "Restoring America's Promise," served as a poignant musical journey through the Japanese American WWII experience—from incarceration and military service to the successful passage of the Civil Liberties Act of 1988.
