Hey guys! This effect was requested by the sweet xdarkargent! I adore how this looks and I can't wait to see it on your videos!
TIP: at 0:24 and 0:48 when I go and set where the circle will be, you don't have to set it to the same place I did! You can set it anywhere you want and create a nice looking effect!
