We opened the two and four hour endurance race this year in Batangas Racing Circuit with our highly modified Full Carbon Fiber Mazda ND Miata and wow it didnt disappoint. We manage to set all new records for the season and achieving the fastest time a Miata has ever lapped this circuit. We also broke the total number of lap records for both 2 and 4 hour races even if we had so many developmental problems along the way.
Thank you so much to Mazda Philippines, Steven Tan, Windy Imperial, Edgen Dy Liacco from Edgesport, Milo Rivers, Juha Turalba, the crew the competition and my car shops Classic Speed Inc and Car Porn Racing for all the hard work and trust. The HGT sequential gearbox made a whole world of difference for us in terms of performance and I cant believe how the car can pace now. To put things into context my qualifying lap is the same lap time as my 997 GT3. Anyway back to the mad lab to do more mods to get the car up to pace for Clark speedway in the 12 hour race!
