"The original offer was $3,500 and the highest we got was $8,700 before we blew it open with the animation at the depos. There was very little the Defense could do to rebut the injury when we could see it right there. The surgeon had full control of the animation in his depo and you guys made it easy to use and understand. Once we showed the injury and the surgery, coupled with the life care plan, there was not much of a debate."
