HOLY CRAP YALL. I've been playing this game for 10 years now and this is definitely the most e cited I've ever been for anything ever. What a joy this has been to play through. E pect WAY more videos coming your way on 2.2!
I'm making a monstrosity. I've been in the editor like, 40 hours so far in 2.2. Platformer players, get ready.
Initial thoughts, the editor is now maybe the single most robust video game level editor ever, especially for its ease of use. Like what the hell. I dont think its possible for anything else to come close without literally being a standalone game engine.
The physics are pretty ine cusable though. I don't understand why Rob didn't fi them. Half the levels before 2.2 just break due to slopes being changed??? And the ship gravity has been changed. No idea why.
Platformer mode is SO fun. If you could turn down the slipperyness it would actually be perfect. I REALLLY hope rob adds that.
