Going into this level, I thought this would've been a futurama styled art level. I was wrong. Very dissapointing.
But instead I was shown a rather simplistic design level with some nice gameplay. I really enjoyed the simplistic style throughout the level, being not too less and not too much of it. The first part was clearly the best, the colours were done very nicely.
My only complaint goes to the part after the first segment; The cube with the moving platforms. Too many moving platforms Nikce, try to lessen that, it's very overwhelming and the gameplay is hard to read.
This level deserves a 5* rating in my honest opinion.

First of all, very cool level by my very cool friend Whirl.
Horsepower; A car-themed level with intense gameplay, very detailed art and amazing decoration seen throughout the entire level.
Every single part really stands out in its on way, with its different kind of gameplay, design and background. I really admire this. Especially since the artworks in this level are very detailed. Ive always appreciated Whirl for his work he puts in his art, its so detailed!
The block design in this level is probably my favourite thing about it. Whirl really knows how to assign a good block design to a part. Especially the blue slow cube part was my favourite, the block design being very simple yet filled with detail, not having it stand out too much but not having it be bland. Same goes for the other parts, but this part really has me stand up and clap for it.
The gameplay all the way to the drop is my gameplay. Im very proud of it, despite Whirl adjusting it a little. The gameplay from the drop onwards to the very end is very well-balanced. The last wave MIGHT get a bit tedious due to the fast speed and - sometimes - tight places you need to spam through, but overall the gameplay is somewhat balanced to a point where I would consistently play all the way until the bossfight for 10 attempts in a row. Thats veryyy well done to you WhirlGMD.
The backgrounds, of course, are breathtaking. Whirl really knows how to make art in GD, hes a toptier magician. My favourite backgrounds are the second and third one. Dont get me wrong, theyre all awesome to see and stare at, but these two really had me nod in approval. Nodding over approval in a video game is really quite something.")

A very interesting art level by Nikce.
The gameplay is readable. The art is amazing. The block design is nice, smooth and goes along with the art very well. Overall a very cool level that definetely deserves a feature.
The coin was pretty hard to get. Took me a few attempts. Its not significantly harder than the normal route, as you just pass through a tight wave section to grab the key. The coin gets shoved in the face afterwards.
Nothing to say about this level really. I really like it. You should go and play it because of its awesome design and cool song.

Another showcase. The main reason why I recorded this video is because I have a bunch of friends that are pokémon fans, including me! So the pokémon art, paired with the very predictable gameplay, good sync and lovely song gave me enough reason to record the level.
The gameplay is presented with not so many clicks, and when there are clicks, theyre predictable. Auto-pads are used to make the gameplay easier and more fun, and Sillow did a very good job to NOT overuse them.
*tips hat for mSillow* Very well done, my kind sir. Your gameplay is good. You should be proud of yourself.
In terms of overall design, airdecoration and potential backgrounds, there is nothing special to it. Though I came to notice that theres no presence of your standard, typical generic design. Sillow used a blue colour as his main entrance point, with pulses in various colours, and decorations here and there that, despite being green, red, yellow and other colours, fit in VERY well with the overall design of the level. At least, thats what I think.
That doesnt change that the design is very simplistic, but I do not think it needed to be anything special in this case. The easy gameplay paired with simplistic design creates a more fun level anyways.
The glow added here and there is very nice. Nothing overused, nothing underused in my opinion.
The pixel-arts were nice. I liked how Sillow added a lot of them. Unfortunely these are not animated, like Nico99 does in his levels. Right now the pixelmon (haha) do not really do anything apart from being there, whilst Nico99s pixelart really blends in with the level itself. Look at Bosshunter by Nico99, where he used animated worms that really fit in with the design.
! ! This is also my tip for this level ! !
It would be great to have the pixelarts have a different function. Making them animated would improve it so much, because I bet theres a huge portion of the GD community that grew up with Pokémon games, which plays a big role in this level. Like I already mentioned, I recorded this mainly because theres pokemon pixelarts, and that gives me a nostalgia rush. Pretty sure it will give you a nostalgia rush aswell, reader of this description (if you happened to like pokémon).
I hope Sillow reads this, and takes these tips for future levels hell produce. Im looking forward to his new level, as I really enjoyed playing this.
