DETAILS I FORGOT TO MENTION:
-If you press left a frame early for the pipe clip in the sextuple rule setup, you will get E60 which still works. (a frame earlier than that will give E40)
-Killing certain enemies can make the koopa go the other way, be sure to avoid killing enemies as much as possible to be safe.
-If you are trying to find a setup yourself, the range that works for the koopa clip is E40-E70.
