Recording started from outside of Market Harborough going into Leicester.
10 Months of cycling commutes as best as the weather allows. Health is much better, Enjoying the benefits from it. Did another recording 4 years ago where I had to stop for many times to take rests. This is such an improvement. Finally managed to hit the magic number 20mph.
10miles recorded. average: 20+mph. Usual commute is 15 - 45min to 50min
bike total weight is 20kg with luggages, locks, cameras, batteries, clothes.
tires that are good for commutes on a road bike:
Schwalbe durano
slime inner tubes
no punctures so far at all.
