After a tanker truck carrying hazardous chemicals switched lanes in a No Passing Zone and smashed a pickup truck off the highway, attorneys Robert A. Clifford and Bradley M. Cosgrove needed exhibits to illustrate the victim’s numerous injuries, and an animated accident reconstruction to show the driver’s indisputable liability.
Clifford and Cosrgove tasked our team with reconstructing the collision from multiple angles, and compiling several medical illustrations into an interactive Digital Injury Summary to drive home the reality of the victim’s catastrophic injuries.
The case was settled in mediation for $20 million.
