I’ll walk you through backing up your channels, removing the resistor, and restoring your settings — step by step. After the MARS mod, you can unlock full transmit range including Marine VHF (156–162 MHz), PMR446 (Europe), FRS/GMRS (USA), and other VHF/UHF bands.
