Over the past few months, our 2026 interns brought curiosity and bold ideas to our campuses, infusing the work, the culture, and the future of sport. From meaningful projects and mentorship to unforgettable moments and connections, this experience was about more than learning. It was about growing, leading, and making a difference.
“Sport teaches us that growth happens when we're willing to stretch beyond what's comfortable, and our internship experience is designed to do exactly that,” said Jillian Radke, Director of Emerging Talent Recruiting & Programs. “My hope is that every intern leaves with greater confidence in themselves, a deeper appreciation for the impact they can have, and the belief that they can help shape what's next, regardless of where they are in their career journey.”
