The Neighborhood Vitality & Beautification Grant program awards grants up to $20,000 to registered neighborhood groups.

For the 2026 grant program:
-One grant cycle this year with a maximum grant award of $20,000
-Pre-applications open January 15

Voluntary Neighborhood Groups
NO MATCH for grants below $5,000
Matching contributions = 30% of pre-tax costs for grants above $5,000

Mandatory Neighborhood Groups
Matching contribution = 40% of pre-tax costs
