2026 Geely Galaxy M7
The 2026 Geely Galaxy M7 is a mid-size plug-in hybrid SUV designed to deliver exceptional efficiency and long-distance capability. It combines a 1.5L naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine producing 82 kW (110 hp) with a powerful 160 kW electric motor, creating a balanced and responsive hybrid system. Paired with a 29.8 kWh lithium iron phosphate “second-generation Golden Battery” (with a smaller 18.4 kWh option in some variants), the M7 achieves up to 225 km of pure electric range under CLTC standards and an impressive combined range of up to 1,730 km. Even with a depleted battery, it maintains excellent efficiency at just 3.35L/100 km, while 3C fast charging allows the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in around 15 minutes, adding roughly 150 km of range.
In terms of size and design, the Galaxy M7 measures approximately 4,770 mm in length, 1,905 mm in width, and 1,685 mm in height, with a 2,785 mm wheelbase that ensures a spacious and practical cabin. The exterior adopts a sleek and modern styling direction, highlighted by clean body lines, distinctive linear LED lighting signatures, and a refreshed front and rear design inspired by Geely’s newer “M9” family look. This gives the SUV a more premium and futuristic road presence compared to earlier Galaxy models like the L7.
Inside, the M7 focuses heavily on technology and comfort, featuring a large floating landscape infotainment display of around 15.4 inches paired with a full digital instrument cluster. It runs on Geely’s Flyme Auto operating system and offers upscale features such as 256-color AI ambient lighting, a premium 23-speaker Flyme Sound audio system, and 50W wireless phone charging. The cabin uses eco-friendly materials, including suede and natural wood trim, enhancing its premium feel.
