Stay on top of your own health like Arizona State Women's Basketball Head Coach Molly Miller, a busy mom of two, with simple changes like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or choosing fruit over candy.

As a member of our first-ever Hearts on the Court Collective, Coach Miller is calling on moms to prioritize their health. "A strong heart helps us show up for our families, our teams, and ourselves," Coach Miller said.
