Want to win off the court?

University of Tennessee Women's Basketball Head Coach Kim Caldwell, says you need to sleep like an all-star.

"Getting too little or too much sleep can raise your risk of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death of women," said Coach Caldwell, who is a part of the inaugural Go Red for Women Hearts on the Court Collective. "Proper sleep not only reduces your risk but also fuels your focus, mood, memory and even your immune system."

Women should aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Getting a good night’s sleep every night is vital to cardiovascular health.
