Built by Team Redback with Hanwha Defense taking the development lead, the Redback is a futuristic Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV).
능동방어시스템과 복합소재 고무궤도, 암내장식 유기압 현수장치 등 최첨단 기능을 갖춘 Redback은 2019년 호주 ‘LAND 400 Phase 3’ 사업의 최종 2개 후보로 선정됐으며, 현재 화력, 방호, 수송 능력 등을 확인하기 위한 호주육군의 최종 시험평가에 참여하고 있습니다.
Redback IFV was selected as one of the two finalists for Australias 2019 ‘LAND 400 Phase 3’ project. The vehicle is equipped with state-of-the-art features such as an active protection system (APS), composite rubber track (CRT), and an in-arm suspension system.
또한, 대한민국 육군은 내년 상반기 레드백의 최신 기능을 확인하기 위한 시범운용을 준비 중입니다.
The Australian Army is currently conducting a final test, and evaluation of the Redbacks firepower, protection, and transport capabilities.
In addition, The Republic of Korea (ROK) Army is scheduled to trial the Redback next year.

![HOMAR-K for Polish Armed Forces
HOMAR-K, the Polish variant of the ROK K239 Multiple Rocket Launcher System (MRLS), has debut at MSPO 2023 in Kielce, Poland, following the successful integration and tests of mobility and firepower in South Korea for the past months.
HOMAR-K is a symbol of Hanwhas unwavering commitment to the partnerships with Poland to contribute to the Polish Armed Forces deterrent capability as well as the industrial benefits to the local defence market. To that end, HOMAR-K is to be manufactured by HSW with integration of several Polish defence systems such as Jelcz 8x8 chassis and TOPAZ battle-management and fire-control systems.
On the first day of MSPO, Hanwha Aerospace and PGZ signed an MoU of understanding on potential local production of Chunmoo rockets and missiles and related technology of transfer, which paves the way for a follow-up deal on the acquisition of HOMAR-K systems for the Polish Army.

![K9PL Roll-Out Ceremony
A roll-out ceremony for the first batch of 24 K9 Self-Propelled Howitzers for Poland took place on October 19 in Changwon, about 300 kilometers southeast of Seoul. The first batch of K9PLs is part of 672 K9 SPHs to be delivered to Poland over the next decade under the Framework Contract signed in July.
