The 2025 Asus Strix Scar 18 features all of the latest design and chassis improvements for 2025. The Scar 18 I tested features the RTX 5080 paired with the Intel 275HX, a powerful 24 core CPU. The QHD+ 240hz MiniLED display held up great under long term use for me, but I did not like have to change the local dimming zones so frequently. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with the Scar 18. I will be testing the Zephyrus G16 with a RTX 5090 next!
