I finally decided on a certain 2024 planner style and wanted to show it to you. I purchased this planner through Amazon, and although the cost was less than $15, it had multiple features including a clipboard on front of the hardback cover. I'm very happy with my planning supplies this year. I also wanted to have a chit-chat about some goals I've set for myself, which includes being kinder to myself. Do you criticize yourself mercilessly like I do? I'm trying to break that habit and also looking at several ways to reduce my stress level this year. Let's talk.
My sweet friend @Dee-Ann_Louise is getting licensed as a therapist this year, which is super thrilling and I'm so proud of her! She's actually helping me with a motivational piece of content that I can utilize when I'm walking on my treadmill or making excuses for why I don't want to go walking. lol.
