The mighty GS set itself as a benchmark in the adventure class for more than ten years now. It proved to be a reliable machine biased towards comfort and long trips. We took a R1200GS from the very early models and compared it with the new R1300GS in real life for two weeks and more than 3000km. The playground for our comparison was the beautiful Morocco were we played with both bikes on-road and off-road.
