And with that, the 2023 season comes to an end.
Sandra here; I can't emphasize enough how incredible this past year has been – hands down, the best one yet. Wrapping my head around all the amazing adventures we've had is a challenge in itself.
One major highlight for me was achieving a dream I've had since joining the Checkpoint team: securing our first shop space. It's a milestone that brings me immense joy and a sense of accomplishment. And let's not forget the cool addition of several new (to us) cars in our collection. While they might not be Porsches or Lamborghinis, these cars truly fuel my passion for the automotive world. I'm eagerly looking forward to building and enjoying them alongside some of my closest friends.
The Sandals in Japan series marked another significant milestone for me. It was a journey that added a whole new dimension to my experiences, and I'm grateful for the memories created along the way. Here's to more adventures and exciting milestones in the coming year!

I can't express enough gratitude for the encouragement I've received, especially during my first-ever attempt at filming. Putting together the nine-episode series, "Alex in Japan," earlier this year was a fantastic experience. It not only marked a highlight in my life but also solidified that I'm on the right path, pursuing dreams that genuinely excite my younger self and make me proud of who I am.
Your support during that journey meant the world to me. It was a pivotal moment that fueled my passion for filming even more. So, here's to all of you who've been part of this incredible adventure – thank you for being awesome!
