While the differences between the new 2025 model of the NordicTrack 2450 and the previous 2023 version aren’t overly apparent at first glance, much has been changed.

The new version is an upgrade overall because of the higher-powered and quicker-to-adjust motor, faster 14 mph max speed, larger and heavier deck, and slimmer touchscreen.

iFIT has also undergone many updates to include streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify and create your own workouts, in addition to the expansive library of trainer-led workouts.

The NordicTrack 2450 has been a top-recommended treadmill for years, but this new version is our favorite.
