It's the time of year for reflection and looking ahead. Truthfully, I failed at most of the goals I set for 2022. There were a lot of reasons for this, many I go over in the video, but not setting realistic goals was definitely a part of it. Going into 2023, I am setting goals that I hope will be a LOT more realistic.
