The Leadville Trail 100, held annually in America’s Highest incorporated city, Leadville, CO (10,152 feet), is one of the country’s most iconic and challenging 100 mile trail races. Twin Lakes Aid Station (outbound mile 37.9 and inbound mile 62.5) is one of the most exciting sections of this historic event, attracting thousands of spectators, crews, and volunteers to the quaint mountain town of Twin Lakes to cheer on runners as they ascend and descend the largest climb on the course up to the race highpoint, Hope Pass (12,532 feet).
