Over the 21/22 growing season, the CottonInfo team in partnership with the Gwydir Valley Irrigators Association (GVIA), NSW DPI, University of Southern Queensland, Padman Stops and Glenn Lyons are running a siphon-less irrigation optimisation trial. The trial is running at Craig Saunders’ property ‘Thuraggi Overflow’ at St George and in this video Regional Extension Officer, Andrew McKay, explains the sensors and equipment being used in the paddock.
