Hope everyones having a solid 2021 so far. Feels good to film and post again after too long of a layoff. As you may know, @KevinOAK fled the Tri-state area for Pittsburgh due to the constant intimidation he felt alongside yours truly in the squat rack as well as most other pieces of gym equipment. With that being said, I'm planning on visiting him in his new rural habitat in the next few weeks so that should be fun. Thanks for watching!
